PC-BSD Forgot root password

1. Restart the computer and choose option 2 on start up

2. Press Return or Enter to get a shell

3. sudo mount -a -o rw 

4. sudo passwd

Changing local password for root

New Password:

5. type the new root password and press enter

6. Your password has been reset
